An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, full time Residential Property Manager & an Assistant PM to join our dynamic, award winning team.  Be apart of a team that is rewarded for their hard work, with a base salary plus incentives. Ideally you will bring a can-do attitude, be efficient, detailed and well presented. Drivers license is a must have

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and conducting Routine Inspections, Entries and Vacates
  • Conducting open home inspections
  • Processing applications
  • Writing reports
  • Assisting with general administration tasks as required

Candidate:

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to help
  • Must hold a current real estate certificate or working on getting one (on a course now)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy working in teams and you are driven to grow and succeed together as a team.
  • Good listening and learning skills
