The Role

We are seeking a Trainee Sales Consultant who is eager to learn, passionate about cars, and driven to succeed in automotive sales. This is a full-time role with structured training, ongoing mentorship, and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle enquiries, test drives, and product information
  • Learn and apply sales processes under the guidance of experienced managers
  • Develop product knowledge across multiple brands
  • Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up
  • Work towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets

  • A positive attitude with strong communication and people skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a long-term career in automotive sales
  • Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
  • All ages and experience welcome
  • Current driver's licence
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
