WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • You will be a sales gun and drive the entire process from active lead generation to sign-ups
  • Achieving your targets and the clubs goals
  • You will ensure that members have a fantastic experience at all times and are always met with a smile and a warm 'Hello' every time they enter.
  • You will be the point of contact for all members to ensure their membership experience is outstanding
  • You will get to manage your own team
  • Yes, like all roles there is an Admin element, so you need to feel confident and able to manage your time to tick those important boxes
  • The health of the club - delivering a first class presentation so our amazing members can just focus on their training
