The
Route Performance Analyst
is responsible for developing pricing, inventory and commercial strategies to uplift revenue performance across assigned route groups. You'll lead high-impact analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to drive the route groups' strategic direction and commercial performance. You'll also support key commercial decisions, including pricing, inventory and network decisions, alliance relationships and sales initiatives.

You'll have –

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytical roles or revenue management
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex scenarios, develop solutions, and present findings in clear, accessible terms
  • Demonstrated expertise in scientific revenue management, with experience in airline Revenue Management considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in statistics and forecasting techniques, with an interest in optimization, economic game theory, elasticity, and consumer buying behaviour
  • Adaptable and positive mindset, embracing and driving change while promoting innovative thinking and working methods
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, analytical environment with shifting priorities and strict deadlines, while exercising sound business judgment
  • Professional and responsible attitude with a proactive "can-do" approach
  • Skilled at making independent judgments, assessing risks, and taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
