About the Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our growing Stapylton team on day shift (Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm). You'll be working on a mix of trucks, trailers, and buses in our state-of-the-art workshop, using the latest tools and diagnostics. This is a full-time, permanent role offering $45–$55 per hour + super + uncapped monthly bonuses (averaging $1500 extra per month).

Duties

  • Diagnose and repair faults on trucks, trailers, and buses
  • Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
  • Communicate with service advisors, customers, and teammates
  • Report new issues and follow up repairs
  • Use leading tech and tools in a clean, modern workshop

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (Essential)
  • Full, valid Australian work rights (Essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working on heavy vehicles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
