About Bunting is on the lookout for a talented, energetic Customer Sales and Service Manager to bring their sparkle to our tight-knit team. This role is central to our operations, managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotes and ensuring seamless after-sales service. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities and excellent attention to detail.

What You'll Be Up To:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Own incoming enquiries, customer follow-ups (mostly via email), and help clients bring their ideas to life. You'll be the first point of contact—building relationships, solving problems, and making clients feel heard and valued.
  • Quoting: Preparing accurate quotes and nurturing inquiries.
  • Admin: Take care of customer invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier forms—you'll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Artwork Coordination: Review customer designs and manage proofs to keep production smooth and accurate, with support from a graphic designer.
  • Order Management: Process, track and ship customer orders with precision and care.
  • Factory Support: Pitch in with hands-on help when needed.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Top-tier communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent time management and juggling prowess (because sometimes it all happens at once)
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail—you catch the little things others miss.
  • Confident with Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Previous experience in client services, sales support and administration
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a sales support, administrative or customer service role.
