As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day leadership with long-term strategic impact. This role goes beyond delivery oversight: it's about being a trusted advisor who connects business challenges with digital solutions, driving measurable outcomes for clients while ensuring our standard of excellence is met.

You'll work across long standing clients & some brand new client wins, across various industries so will have a varied role where no two client projects would be the same

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and strong relationship management.
  • You'll lead discovery of business, functional, and technical requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to translate these into strategies, solutions, and programs for our clients.
  • Monitor and report on client health metrics (delivery quality, satisfaction signals, ROI, and service adoption) and act on risks or opportunities.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and scopes are met with consistent quality.
  • Contribute to account growth by spotting opportunities, developing recommendations, and supporting the creation of account plans with a distinct focus on client health.
  • Collaborate with specialists and practice leads to evolve client strategies and ensure our work ladders up to meaningful outcomes.
  • Confidently lead workshops and planning sessions, turning collaborative discussions into clear, actionable roadmaps.

Your Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in client services, account management, or digital consulting within an agency or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of managing digital client retainers, across Design/Dev/QA/CRO
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and handle both day-to-day interactions and senior stakeholder conversations.
  • Solid project coordination skills with experience delivering digital campaigns, platforms, or ongoing services across channels such as SEO, CRO, media, or development.
  • Experience with collaboration and project management platforms like Wrike, Miro, Jira
