Muswellbrook Shire Council need a
Works Supervisor
who can lead a team, keep projects moving, and make sure everything stays safe, on budget, and above board- for a
6-month fixed term
.

You will:

  • Lead and motivate a works crew across construction and maintenance projects
  • Handle planning, costing, and paperwork
  • Jump in for emergencies- storm damage, washouts, the works
  • Keep safety front and centre

You've got:

  • Cert IV in Local Government (or working towards it)
  • Road construction and maintenance experience
  • The ability to read civil plans and manage risk
  • A C Class licence (traffic management ticket a plus)
  • Leadership skills
