BRIKEN Group Services is seeking an experienced and safety-focused High Voltage (HV) Supervisor to join our team. This critical role will oversee HV operations, maintenance, and safety procedures across multiple industrial sites, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all high voltage systems. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
As the HV Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all HV electrical operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supervising HV Operations: Oversee all high voltage switching, isolation, and testing procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across all activities.
• Maintenance Management: Lead the maintenance and repair of HV equipment, ensuring that all systems operate reliably and efficiently. Coordinate routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards, and company policies. You will be responsible for enforcing strict adherence to HV safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of HV electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance, support, and training as needed. Ensure all team members are adequately trained and competent in HV operations and safety practices.
• Coordination with Contractors: Liaise with external contractors and project teams to ensure smooth coordination of HV installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Review contractor work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Lead the diagnosis and resolution of HV faults, ensuring rapid response times and minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective solutions to complex HV issues.

Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented individual with proven experience in high voltage supervision and team management. You should have:
• Certifications in High Voltage (HV) Switching Operations and other relevant electrical qualifications.
• Strong understanding of HV safety standards and experience enforcing compliance with safety regulations.
• Proficient in operation and application of Protection Relays.
• Skilled in the use of Omicron Test Equipment.
• Experienced in Testing and Commissioning of both HV and LV Switchboards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of electricians and technicians.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
