Your Impact

  • Manage and grow relationships with retail property clients
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with delivery and product teams to scope and embed solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through impactful, data-led consulting
  • Work with client stakeholders across marketing, research, leasing, and portfolio management

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Translate client needs into scoped solutions
  • Lead the sales cycle from opportunity to implementation
  • Oversee onboarding, contracts, and privacy compliance

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant experience in the retail property sector
  • Proven account management and sales experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Warm, direct, and authentic communication style
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Consulting background is highly advantages
  • Degree in property, business, or related field desirable
