We are currently seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to service a critical customer site (Karratha based Oil and Gas Onshore Operations Facility) with a focus on Electronic Security Services and associated Integrated technology and applications.

We will also consider applications who are willing to relocate to Karratha from anywhere in Australia or they must already reside in Karratha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance and commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
• Day to day servicing, configuration and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, basic programming and commissioning of the Electronic Security control systems
• Navigate and interrogate Security interfaces
• Quoting estimates for labour requirements, materials costs and quantities
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Security experience - Knowledge of Security controls systems and associated software. Experience with Honeywell Products (EBI, DVM, PCSC Access Control) - Advantageous
• Electrical experience - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
• Basic ICT and Networking Experience (Preferred)
• Mining or Oil and Gas Industry Experience (Preferred)
• Security Systems Workers License (Mandatory)
• Open Cabler Registration
• White Card
• Drivers License (Mandatory)
• High Risk Workers License (WP)
