Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Care, the Clinical Care Manager leads all aspects of clinical care and governance. You will guide the care team in delivering best-practice services while shaping a high-performing, learning-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of resident care
- Partner with families to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead clinical governance processes including audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Mentor, support, and develop nursing and care staff
- Manage clinical resources to ensure effective service delivery
- Collaborate on financial management and budget oversight
- Drive innovation in clinical care programs
- Contribute to driving the aged care reforms and the associated changes with the Aged Care Standards and the Aged Care Act
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership experience in clinical care within a residential aged care home
- Strong understanding of clinical compliance, governance, and care planning
- Proven ability to manage teams and budgets
- Passionate about improving lives and leading with integrity
- Open to learning and developing within a dynamic environment
