Strength & Conditioning Coach – Lead Our New Strength Program

F45 Port Macquarie is launching a renewed strength focus — backed by new equipment, updated programming, and a commitment to real, measurable progression. We're looking for a confident and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to take the lead.

About the Role

We're seeking a coach who thrives in the weight room, leads with confidence, and sets the standard for strength within our studio.

You will:

  • Coach high-quality strength sessions with authority and precision
  • Guide members safely through progressive overload
  • Help shape and drive our new strength initiative
  • Bring a research-led, results-driven coaching approach
About You

You're a coach who:

  • Is passionate about strength and real performance outcomes
  • Understands proper lifting mechanics and progression
  • Communicates clearly and leads from the front
  • Embraces a modern, science-based training philosophy
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Fitness (Cert IV or S&C qualifications highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Strength or performance coaching experience preferred
