We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to join our team at Oaks Brisbane River City Suites. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the property, overseeing repairs, preventative maintenance, and contractor management, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property and facilities maintenance
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and respond to repair requests
  • Oversee contractors and ensure safety standards are met
  • Support and lead the maintenance team, providing hands-on assistance as required
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building regulations

About You

  • Experience in a facilities, maintenance, or property management role (hotel/strata experience desirable)
  • Knowledge of building systems and safety requirements
  • Trade qualifications highly regarded (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and organisational ability
