Our client is a dominates in the civil construction and maintenance space in WA with a strong portfolio of high-profile projects and a secure, exciting future pipeline.

Partnering with Blue Stampede Labour Hire, we're on a mission to recruit a Senior Civil Construction Supervisor to drive excellence on landmark developments located at Metro & Perth Airport Locations.

  • 5+ years of proven civil construction leadership
  • A track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to the highest safety & quality standards
  • Exceptional knowledge of metro-based civil works, airport precincts, or large-scale urban infrastructure
  • A strategic mindset, unflappable under pressure, and a passion for mentoring high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead team in delivering professional, safe, efficient maintenance services with overriding commitment to health, safety, and environmental responsibilities per customer and site standards.
  • Model high-quality work for maintenance, construction, building, and minor civil tasks per work orders; ensure accurate invoicing and promote teamwork, customer service, and action orientation.
  • Execute scopes efficiently, leveraging team skills/competencies; maintain work quality, provide on-the-job training, and support skill development.
  • Apply best practices to optimize time/resources/materials for customer value and profitability; gain in-depth knowledge of facilities/assets/equipment.
  • Protect vehicles/equipment, ensure safe operation, high cleanliness/housekeeping standards, and maintain required qualifications/inductions.
  • Participate in team/safety meetings; achieve competencies and pursue training opportunities.

Qualifications and technical skills include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in commercial or residential construction, mining, civil
  • or similar site based technical operational role
  • Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry CPCCWHS1001 (White Card)
  • High Risk Licences including but not exclusive to EWP, Forklift, Working at Heights, Confined
  • Space, Asbestos Removal (desirable)
  • Trade qualification in construction and relevant licences and formal qualifications (desirable)
  • CPC20120 Certificate II in Construction (desirable)
  • First aid HLTAID011
  • Ability to read and use plans, technical drawings, manuals Microsoft Programs and instruction

  • Ability to complete and adhere to Take 5 JSA/JHA, SWMS (and any other site-specific safety
  • documentation)
  • Australian Drivers Licence (manual desirable)
  • HR divers Licence (desirable)
