Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business, sales, leadership, or coaching

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong interest in mindset work, leadership, and personal development

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

  • Comfortable adopting new tools and learning digital systems

  • Not suitable for students or recent graduates
