Our Digital Collaboration Team is on a mission to empower teams to work smarter and faster, using digital apps and AI to boost collaboration, productivity and creativity in service of our clients and our people.
What will your typical day look like?
This role will focus on the enablement and embedding of Copilot and Power Platform to drive productivity and new ways of working, leveraging AI. It blends collaborative engagement with technical expertise by building reusable assets and delivering realistic Copilot and automation solutions for everyday teams that solve their business challenges. This is a unique opportunity to play a role in increasing our Firm's AI fluency, transitioning Copilot and Power Platform usage from the experimental phase to becoming an integral part of how we work.
In addition you will:
- Engage with teams to understand pain points and identify key Copilot and Power Platform use cases, showcasing the 'art of the possible' and translating needs into technical requirements.
- Design and deploy reusable automation and agent solutions using Copilot and Power Platform to modernise workflows, automate tasks, and streamline service delivery.
- Upskill and enable teams to create their own Copilot and automation solutions using reusable assets.
- Ensure all solutions and assets comply with the Firm's AI governance framework.
- Lead proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots to support timely decisions on new features and solutions.
- Spot new opportunities aligned with the evolving Copilot (including agents) and Power Platform roadmaps.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences / attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Power Platform and AI (highly desirable).
- Minimum of 7 years working in IT.
- 3+ years delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Experience delivering Copilot (or similar AI) solutions from idea to execution (highly desirable).
- Solid knowledge of prompt engineering, UX design, and automation principles.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience in a professional services firm (highly desirable).
