We are seeking a skilled
Power Platform Engineer
with strong expertise in
Microsoft Power Automate
to review, improve, and uplift automation capability. This role goes beyond building workflows — it's about embedding best practice, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and enabling the client to scale and manage their Power Automate environment more effectively.

Key Responsibilities


• Review and optimise existing Power Automate workflows.


• Design and implement
CI/CD processes
for Power Platform (DevOps pipelines, version control, environment management).


• Establish and document best practices for workflow development and operations.


• Support and uplift the internal team's capability through guidance and knowledge transfer.


• Provide technical support and governance to ensure scalable and maintainable automation.


• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Required Skills & Experience


• Proven hands-on experience with
Microsoft Power Automate
and the wider Power Platform.


• Strong knowledge of
CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release management
for Power Platform.


• Experience setting up and managing multiple environments (development, test, production).


• Strong understanding of workflow governance and optimisation.


• Ability to troubleshoot, support, and enhance automation solutions.


• Clear communicator with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
