The opportunity

Our team of experienced consultants across our financial, supply chain, workforce and sustainability planning practices includes accredited technical experts, accounting professionals, supply chain specialists, solution architects, developers, sustainability and data analysts, and project managers.

Due to strong growth, we are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional with a passion for driving business transformation through innovative performance management solutions. The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne, with the opportunity to regularly work from home.

About you

• Energetic, solutions-oriented, and team-focused mindset ("let's get it done, together").
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery lifecycle.
• 4–5 years' experience leading transformational projects and implementing business or performance management solutions using advanced technologies.
• Skilled at solving complex EPM, FP&A and other business problems through intuitive, user-friendly models and dashboards.
• Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect; additional experience with Jedox, Prophix, or Adaptive Planning is highly regarded.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to align analytics and modelling initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery — from requirements gathering, design, prototyping, and build, through to testing, training, and implementation.
• Contribute directly to model building and continuous improvement of performance management solutions.
• Define system support procedures and ensure sustainable adoption of delivered solutions.
