About the Role

As the OSHC Coordinator Based at our vibrant OSHC service in Serviceton South State School, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a fully resourced program that operates before school, after school, and during vacation care. You'll guide a team of passionate educators, build strong relationships with families and the school, and ensure the delivery of a safe, engaging, and child-led program.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings passion, experience, and leadership:

• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (or working towards)
• Current Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Valid QLD Driver's Licence
• Previous experience in OSHC or early childhood settings
• Proven ability to support an OSCH service with diverse needs
• A team player with strong communication and organisational skills

• Lead & inspire a passionate team of educators and co-leaders
• Develop & embed inclusive behaviour support strategies in partnership with families and professionals
• Ensure excellencein compliance, program delivery, and continuous improvement under the National Quality Framework
• Build relationships with school leadership, families, and the wider community
• Drive engagement through exciting, child-led activities

Our Hours and Availability

We need you to be available during the following times to support our families and lead our team effectively:

• Before School Care: Monday – Friday | 6:30am – 9:00am
• After School Care: Monday – Friday | 2:00pm – 6:00pm
• Vacation Care: Various shifts during school holidays
