Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a safe, engaging, and well‑organised environment.
- Plan and deliver creative, educational programs based on children’s interests and needs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate with and support your team to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant service culture.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations.
- Experience in the education and care of children.
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Effective workplace communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required.
