The Role: PPC Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented PPC Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Oakleigh South based office. As part of our in-house team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to drive qualified traffic and achieve business goals.

You'll collaborate closely with the team to optimize ad performance, improve ROI, and enhance the overall digital marketing strategy. Your expertise will help maximize campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable results.

What you'll do:

  • Setup, manage and optimise Google Adwords campaigns based on business requirements.
  • Evaluate analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics to continuously improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to enhance landing page performance and campaign tracking.
  • Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to improve performance
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse to identify opportunities within paid media.
  • Develop an understanding of our products and marketplace.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience building and running AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce performance strategies
  • Expertise across other platforms such as Meta and Microsoft Ads
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Hunger to stay up-to-date in the fast-changing environment.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Must be based in Australia and available to work full-time, on-site at Oakleigh South.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Adobe creative suite and a keen eye for design.
  • Google AdWords & Analytics certified would be highly regarded.
  • Experience with Ecommerce site to google integration would be a bonus (e.g. Merchant feed configuration)
