Sharp Motor Group is seeking a passionate, experienced Used Car Reconditioning Technician to join our Service Team

**Sign-on package available—negotiable up to $3,000 based on experience and qualifications**

About the Role

As part of our busy Used Car and Pre-Delivery Centre, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standard before reaching our customers. This is a hands-on, practical role with hours from 8:00am – 4:06pm, Monday to Friday, no weekends

Some franchise dealership experience is an advantage (but not essential), even better if you are familiar with Suzuki, Kia, Mahindra, Chery, GMSV & Holden.

Our ideal candidate(s) will be a responsible individual, technically competent, with a thorough knowledge of modern automotive systems and a strong customer service focus.

You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently while coordinating with others within a team environment.

Skills and Experience

· Fully qualified automotive technician

· Minimum 5 years' experience in vehicle preparation or reconditioning

· Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

· Experience in inspecting, cleaning, and preparing vehicles to a high standard

· Well-organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity across multiple vehicles

· Current open manual driver's licence
