About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Security Services to play a key role in expanding our client base and securing new contracts. This full-time role is based in Lidcombe Sydney and offers the opportunity to work closely with a friendly management team, shaping strategy and driving results. It's a hands-on position for someone who wants to make a measurable impact and grow with the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the security services sector
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract direct clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Preparing proposals, tenders, and presentations to win contracts
  • Working with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitoring market activity and finding opportunities to stand out from competitors
  • Meeting agreed sales and growth targets

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the security industry
  • A proven record of securing contracts and growing client portfolios
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Knowledge of security industry standards and requirements
  • A proactive, results-driven individual who works well independently and in a small team
  • Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business and help shape its future
