Imaging Associates is growing fast - and we're looking for a strategic recruitment partner to help build the workforce that powers world-class radiology care.

This is more than filling roles. As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, drive employer branding, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across clinical, technical, and corporate functions.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions, with a focus on hard-to-fill clinical and technical roles
  • Develop and lead graduate and student programs to support long-term workforce growth
  • Partner with leaders to provide market insights, workforce planning support, and recruitment coaching
  • Drive EVP and employer branding initiatives across campaigns, events, and social media
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  • Use data and analytics to continuously improve recruitment outcomes

What you bring:

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally in healthcare or professional services
  • Proven success sourcing and filling niche or hard-to-recruit roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience leading graduate programs and employer branding campaigns
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment tech, and analytics
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on outcomes
