About You and the Role
At CSI, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, empowering our clients to live their lives on their own terms.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in offering a variety of in-home support services, including assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, transportation, and social support.
Some shifts may involve providing care to clients with complex personal needs. Don't worry – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're fully prepared for these shifts.
Please note that as a Support Worker, you will need a personal smartphone for work-related tasks and a reliable, safe vehicle (if providing transport services). Join us and make a real difference in people's lives while enjoying a rewarding career
We're Looking for Individuals Who:
- Have a genuine passion for helping and supporting people living with a disability
- Bring previous experience in the sector
- Own a smartphone with the functionality needed for company systems and applications
- Hold a current NDIS clearance and/ or a Working with Children Check (or is willing to apply)
- Have a current Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Possess a Current First Aid Certificate
- Hold an unrestricted driver's licence and have a roadworthy vehicle
