Neurodiverse Playhouse Yarraville is looking for an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a passion for paediatrics and a curiosity about primitive reflex integration to join our multidisciplinary team This is a part-time role on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, and we provide all the training you need to become confident in our play-based approach.

About Us:

At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we create fun, inclusive, and therapeutic environments for children of all abilities. Our multidisciplinary team—including OTs, Speech Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and educators—collaborates to help children develop confidence, motor skills, and independence through movement-based play.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Exercise Physiologist with experience in paediatrics preferred
  • Interest in primitive reflex integration and developmental movement
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player
  • Willingness to learn and apply our play-based, neurodiverse approach (training provided)

Your Role:

  • Deliver individual and group exercise physiology sessions for children
  • Support motor development, coordination, and confidence through play-based therapy
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create integrated therapy plans
  • Work closely with families, providing guidance and coaching to support home practice
