Receptionist - Epworth Sport and Exercise Medicine Group

Join our team and play an integral role in the running of a busy hospital. Help patients, visitors and staff access our wide variety of services. Answer and triage calls to the switchboard in a courteous and timely manner.
You will be flexible to work on a rotating roster across all shift times.
You will make an impact by:
- Working on the switchboard answering internal and external calls
- Assisting patients, visitors and staff within the hospital
- Completing a variety of administrative duties
- Having a strong customer service focus
- Prioritising tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing pressure and making informed decisions according to hospital needs
To be successful in this role…
You will be experienced in a service industry in reception and administration and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will have:
- Previous experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedic administration role
- Medical and Radiology terminology experience
- Strong computer literacy
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across the weekly roster
- Ability to be innovative, proactive and creative - if you see a better way of doing things we would love to hear
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work
