As a front of house staff at The Groove Train, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining and drinking experience to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting & seating customers, taking drink, food orders, and providing menu recommendations, explaining about specials.
  • Minimum 1 year experience is highly regarded.
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
  • Adhering to all company and legal alcohol service policies.
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized entire front of house area.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Following health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Participating in staff training and meetings as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.13 – $36.15 per hour
