The Opportunity
Bright Labs is growing, and we're seeking a passionate, experienced Digital Producer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're a Digital Producer who prides themselves on their positive can-do attitude, and holds proficient technical and project management skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Working with a team of experienced Producers, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of digital projects (websites, campaigns, web applications, and mobile apps) and facilitating the ongoing support of our existing clients. You will work closely with our Client Relationship, Development and Creative teams to deliver impactful projects to specification. The position allows you to expand your experience in the digital agency landscape, and Bright Labs is committed to investing in staff training and career development.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has:
- At least 4-5 years of production experience in an agency setting.
- Strong end-to-end project management skills, inclusive of planning, time, budget & risk management.
- Time management skills that demonstrate a planned and organised approach to projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients via in-person/online meetings and convey project updates clearly.
- A technical understanding of web development processes & coding (HTML, CSS, SEO, WCAG).
- A working understanding of CMSs, CRMs and project management software.
We'd also love to see:
- A genuine passion for the digital space, and enthusiasm in staying up to date with the latest trends & technologies.
- A natural attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- An ability to work within a collaborative environment, and autonomously as needed.
If you were here last week, you would have:
- Participated in a discovery workshop alongside our design team.
- Conducted comprehensive QA on the frontend of a complex web app.
- Smoothly launched a new website for a business, ensuring all quality standards & pre-launch checks were met.
- Worked with your production team to refine and optimise our scheduling process/developer schedule.
- Created a reverse-brief with a client to establish a clear scope for their ecommerce platform or website.
