Location: This role is Melbourne or Sydney and is not a remote role. Regional people will be considered. Travel to the office in Sydney or Melbourne (whichever is closer) is essential to building relationships with your colleagues.
The role:Our Digital Producers are responsible for managing a range of projects across a diverse client portfolio.
Key responsibilities:Digital Producers work closely with clients, account managers, and the production team to develop briefs, recommend digital solutions and write documentation. They will lead our agile teams and be responsible for releasing work that meets the agreed criteria.
Essential skills & experience:- Let's start with the most important – Excellent communication skills
- Second, can manage multiple projects
- Third, a lot of experience managing digital projects and leading cross-functional teams
- At least 3 years of project management or producer experience in a digital agency or client-side
- At least 2 years of demonstrable experience guiding a scrum team
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
- Excellent skills at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Good planning and problem-solving skills with product management and delivery teams
- Experience in and knowledge of implementing projects with Content Management Systems (e.g. Kentico, Sitecore, Episerver, Umbraco etc.)
- Good technical understanding (concepts rather than coding)
- Build relationships, understand people and their needs, communicate and ensure all stakeholders get what they need
- Experience with sites that meet WCAG 2.0 Level A or AA accessibility
- Certified Scrum Master
- A real passion for the web and human-centered design
- An ability to problem solve under pressure
- A talent for collaboration and communicating (ideas, issues, and solutions in a team environment)
- An ability to work individually and take responsibility for your projects
- An ability to provide everyone with a voice
