Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist & Clinical Care Partner located in Adelaide, SA. The Occupational Therapist & Clinical Care Partner will provide comprehensive support and therapeutic services to clients, focusing on rehabilitation and improving daily living skills. Responsibilities include assessing individual client needs, developing personalized care plans, collaborating with medical professionals, providing therapy sessions, and monitoring client progress. Other tasks may involve supporting pediatric clients and ensuring effective communication with clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
- Medical knowledge and experience in clinical settings
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Ability to work effectively on-site and in a collaborative team environment
- A passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and diverse populations
