This is a true generalist role with variety every day. You'll be across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding, to performance management, pay and conditions interpretation, training and development, and employee engagement – all while helping to build a strong, connected culture in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.


What you'll do
  • Partner with managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Provide clear, practical advice to leaders and employees across all HR and ER matters.
  • Support performance management, and workplace investigations.
  • Develop and support formal and informal training and development
  • Advise on payroll changes and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Interpret awards and communicate in plain language.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and systems.
  • Contribute to HR projects that improve the employee and manager experience.
