About the role

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our team based in Brisbane.

As a family run business we pride ourselves on customer service and a teamwork attitude.

We have a diverse customer base for whom we deliver to in a variety of local metropolitan and regional areas promoting broad experience and diversity. We place a strong emphasis on modern equipment with a stringent maintenance plan ensuring we maximise uptime.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will include

-Loading / Unloading Fuel Tankers

-Retail and Commercial deliveries ( training provided where necessary )

-Metropolitan and Regional deliveries

-BFM compliance

-Fatigue Management

-Perform Daily Pre-Start checks on vehicles and equipment

-Maintain equipment and report faults as required

-Good customer service skills

-Good communication skills-written and verbal

Option of rosters

-Permanent 5 day rosters

-Permanent AM shift or Permanent PM shift ( no rotating )

-Overnight work available

Skills and Experience required

-Valid MC Licence (Minimum 2 years driving experience)

-DG License

-Safe Load Pass

-Fuel Tanker experience

-Clean driving history

-BFM statement of attainment

-Current Commercial Vehicle Drivers medical

  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

-Strong communication

-Good attitude

-Good numeracy skills

-Problem solving skills
