About the role
As a Fuel Tanker Driver, you're central to our mission of fuelling Australia - transporting bulk fuel to customers that depend on us. You'll own the journey from pickup to delivery and take pride in delivering exceptional service, every time. From remote mining sites to critical infrastructure, your safe and efficient deliveries ensure communities and businesses never run dry.
- Driving a modern, well-maintained semi, truck and dog, B double, or rigid with pride, for loading, transporting and delivering fuel products to customers across Australia
 - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
 - Conducting daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
 - Living our IOR values by finding solutions, serving our communities and getting results

You're someone who genuinely connects with people and feels energised by helping businesses and communities thrive. You're a skilled driver who takes fatigue management and safety seriously, staying on top of logbook requirements and maintaining accurate records that keep you compliant and on the road. Whether you're working on site or far from home, you'll treat IOR's assets as if they were your own, reflecting professionalism and care.
To succeed in this role, you'll also need:
- A Dangerous Goods Licence
 - A Multi-Combination Licence
 - A Safe Load Pass
 - Digital literacy to use different apps, an electronic work diary, email and other devices
 - Able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and day shifts.
