The Position

Our Collins Street Boutique is seeking a Casual Client Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity showcase your skillset and work closely with the Boutique Team to continue to grow the Store and the Longchamp Brand.

Alongside a Team of 8, you will support the Boutique in the achievement of Sales targets, engaging in Training, Clienteling and Operational activities.

The position will require flexible availability with one weekend day essential.

About You:

You are an experienced retailer, enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. You will be responsible for providing:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting performance objectives (KPIs) in a boutique environment
  • Expertise in using CRM and POS Systems
  • Strong communication skills face to face, over email and telephone
  • Engaging quality customer service and experience
  • Support to the Boutique Manager, multi-tasking in the delivery of the store presentation, achievement of sales targets, and product knowledge
  • Working positively in the team, but with the ability to work independently, and using your initiative to problem solve
  • All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and results-driven individual.
