About the role
To take ownership of the onboarding and induction training program for all new employees with the business. Provide ongoing support to the sales and customer support teams within the APAC region, ensuring consistency and skill optimisation across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain onboarding and induction training for all new TeamViewer staff in the APAC region.
- Support sales & customer support teams by sharing product and process knowledge.
- Liaise with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs, skills gaps, and areas for development and improvement.
- Determine and evaluate key performance indicators (KPI's) to ensure learning outcomes are measured against increased performance and revenue.
- Collaborate with counterparts in our German HQ, to relay feedback and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of training content
Requirements
- Experience training in a professional classroom environment, as well as on-the-job coaching, ideally within the IT industry
- Approachable personality, with a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to relay information with consideration for culturally and linguistically diverse teams
- High level of technical skill and knowledge, with the ability to carry out demonstrations for people of all skill levels and learning styles
- Previous eLearn design experience is advantageous
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, to adjust priorities as required
