At Polperro, we believe that the little things are never little , they're everything. Crisp linens, sparkling glassware, a freshly made bed, a perfectly turned-down villa. These quiet details are the foundation of the guest experience and we're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating them.

We're searching for a reliable, thoughtful casual cleaner to join our small in-house team. This role works across our beautiful accommodation villas, Polperro Farmhouse, both of our award-winning restaurant spaces, and other sites across the Polperro Group . All loacted in Red Hill , Victoria

It's a role best suited to someone who notices the details, works with care, and enjoys being part of a positive, supportive team.

About the role:

  • 2–4 shifts per week, casual
  • Hours can suit school drop-off/pick-up (approx. 9.30 am–2.30 pm)
  • Occasional weekend availability required
  • Join a team of four experienced cleaners who support one another

What we're looking for:

  • Previous cleaning experience in accommodation or hospitality venues preferred
  • A reliable, organised and discreet approach
  • Someone who values consistency, presentation, and a job well done
  • Physical ability to be on your feet, lift linen, and manage stairs
  • Own transport essential (we are based in Red Hill)
