Job Description:

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing instruction, education, and motivation to clients, empowering them to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Session Zero (pre-ex screening) in line with the client's needs and goals
  • Designing and monitoring effective individualised programs, instructing members through their personal programs
  • Performing pre-exercise screening and evaluations
  • Promoting of all programs and facility options to suit members needs
  • Managing bookings and schedule client appoints to the highest professional standard
  • Designing and monitoring effective individualised programmes for clients and safely instructing members through their personal programs

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong rapport with clients
  • Dedicated to understanding each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences, and is committed to providing personalized guidance and support throughout their fitness journey.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the fitness industry
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness or relevant Bachelor Degree
  • Working With Children's Check
  • First Aid & CPR Qualification
