Join a leading Australian financial services provider as a Systems Engineer – End User Computing. Based in Melbourne,  you will be responsible for identifying and fixing security vulnerabilities on end-user devices and applications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify vulnerabilities on Windows 11, MacOS, and related platforms
  • Perform regular vulnerability scans and coordinate patching, hotfixes, and remediation activities
  • Automate remediation processes to enhance efficiency
  • Work with IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • Maintain accurate records and report on vulnerabilities, patching, and mitigation efforts

Must-have skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Windows 11 devices using Intune
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools, specifically Rapid7 Insight or similar
  • Strong skills in coordinating and executing patching, hotfixes, and fixes for vulnerabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective documentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Understanding of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners
