About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Manager to join our national Operations Team based in Brisbane. In this strategic leadership position, you will support and mentor Village Managers across multiple locations, focusing on operational excellence, community engagement, compliance, and financial performance. You will also act as a subject matter expert in caravan and tourist parks.


• Lead a portfolio of villages, providing strategic oversight, coaching, and escalation support to Village Managers to drive performance and compliance.


• Champion commercial outcomes, including occupancy growth, cost efficiency, and resident satisfaction through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.


• Partner with Head Office functions to implement business improvement initiatives, cultural programs, and brand-aligned service standards.


• Identify and deliver regional projects focused on continuous improvement, property optimisation, and risk management.


• Contribute to organisational strategy and special projects across your key stream of Tourist & Caravan Parks.


• This is a national role that requires regular travel to our communities across Australia, therefore a valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel are essential.

About You


• Extensive experience in management, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple locations or teams.


• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff across a region.


• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive regional growth and operational efficiency.


• Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analysing performance across multiple sites.


• Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
