NOTE: Must be already residing in Sydney

PitFit North Ryde & Rozelle are actively looking for some top quality Specialty Coaches to run classes & potentially 1-1 PT

FIGHT PIT:

  • Boxing / MMA/ Kickboxing / Grappling
  • These sessions run for 45minutes

LIFT PIT:

  • Resistance training in a superset format
  • Can be targeted for strength, hypertrophy or both depending on the clients attending the session
  • 45 minutes

HIGH PERFORMANCE:

  • HIIT training, Circuit format, Full body Athletic
  • 45 minutes

COMPOSURE:

  • Yoga/Pilates/Mobility
  • 45 minutes

This role is a hybrid role which includes:

  • Running a mix of classes that you are comfortable coaching (Fight, Lift, Performance, Composure)
  • Covering reception duties whilst on shift

A suitable candidate should:

  • Be genuinely passionate about health & fitness as well as care for their clients
  • Have a
    minimum
    of cert 3 in Fitness
  • First Aid & CPR valid
  • Be a great communicator & take constructive feedback to become a better coach
  • Have great rapport building & customer service skills
  • Treat everyone with respect
  • Experience with some of sales is a bonus (training will be provided)

Pay:

  • Class rates: $40 per class
  • All the earnings of your own external self recruited clients (when on PT contract*)
  • Commissions on acquiring new clients when taking booked trials/consultations
