As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Timber Flooring Installer to join our team.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for installing a variety of timber flooring products, including solid hardwood, engineered timber, parquetry, and herringbone designs. Our projects are primarily high-end homes where quality and precision are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Install timber flooring to a high standard, including direct stick, floating, and nail-down systems
• Lay intricate patterns such as herringbone and chevron
• Measure, cut, and fit flooring with precision
• Prepare subfloors to ensure level and stable surfaces
• Communicate effectively with clients, site supervisors, and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in timber floor installation (minimum 2 years preferred)
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
• Van & tools provided
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• ABN (if applying as a subcontractor)
• Working rights in Australia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
