About the Role: This is a hands-on position that involves cabinet making and on-site installations across Metropolitan Melbourne. You will be working from our factory in Moorabbin as well as at client sites, so flexibility and a professional attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble cabinetry in our Moorabbin factory

  • Cut, shape, and join timber, board, and laminate materials

  • Assemble cabinetry using hand and power tools

  • Fit hinges, drawer runners, handles, and other hardware

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications

  • Install cabinetry at residential work sites

  • Work independently or as part of a team

  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A qualification in Cabinet Making

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in cabinet making and installation

  • Proven ability to read plans and interpret design specifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative

  • A current driver's licence is highly desirable
