We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone with workshop leadership experience available in our TJM 4x4 / Tyrepower Gold Coast workshop.

This is a hands on role for someone that enjoys being part of a team of people with a passion for 4x4 vehicles.

You will work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to achieve the desired outcomes for our customers whether it be replacing a set of tyres or a full 4x4 build.

Key Attributes for the roles:

  • An ability to lead and motivate a team
  • A trade qualification as a Mechanic or Auto Electrician is desirable
  • Experience in Automotive Accessory Fitting
  • Tyre / Wheel Alignment experience is a bonus
  • Be able to keep a clean, organised work space
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to plan and multi task in order to maintain workshop efficiency
  • The desire to help others so as to achieve common goals
  • The ability to QC and problem solve with a customer focus
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and develop with a progressive industry leader
