Are you passionate about cars, customer service, and helping people drive away happy? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Delivery Co-Ordinator / Car Care Consultant to join our high-performing team at Automall Aspley.

In this unique dual-role, you'll guide customers through the final stages of their vehicle purchase — from exciting handovers to showcasing a range of vehicle protection options to enhance their ownership experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Booking and coordinating smooth vehicle handovers for our valued customers
  • Conducting detailed and engaging handover experiences, sharing key features and tips
  • Promoting a complete range of car care products (tint, paint & fabric protection, rust protection, dash cams, and more)
  • Understanding customer needs and tailoring protection solutions
  • Collaborating with the sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Managing expectations, answering questions, and ensuring every customer drives away with a smile

About You

  • You're passionate about cars and people — and love combining both
  • You're a confident communicator who builds rapport easily
  • You're proactive, organised, and great at juggling multiple tasks
  • You have experience in vehicle protection or aftermarket sales (preferred)
  • You're motivated, team-focused, and eager to grow
  • You hold a current QLD driver's licence
