Frontline Drilling is a leading WA family operated company specialising in RC and Diamond Drilling.

We are seeking experienced RC Drillers or Trainee/Relief RC Drillers that want to be part of a small and tight team in a company that has a big future.

About the Job:

This is a day shift only FIFO role with a flexible roster working on an exciting project with multiple rigs on the one site.

To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Exploration / Mining
  • Experience in RC drilling on Schramm 685 or equivalent drill rigs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self sufficient in a remote exploration environment.
  • Strong ability to lead by example in drilling, mechanical, training and safety.
  • A motivated individual that is comfortable to deal professionally with all personnel.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment safely & efficiently.
  • Possess mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning new skills.
  • Enjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environment.
  • Certificate III in Drilling Operations or similar.
  • Senior First Aid;
  • HR Drivers' Licence;
  • National police clearance
