About the Roles

  • Fixed-term (Leave Replacement): Full year, Terms 1–
  • Fixed-term (Leave Replacement): Three terms, Terms 1–
  • Commencement: Term 1, 2026
  • Year Levels: Prep to Year 4

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated learning experiences in line with MGGS curriculum frameworks.
  • Foster students' foundational skills in literacy and numeracy, alongside their social and emotional development.
  • Create safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environments that support diverse learners.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and team-based approaches within our Junior Years.
  • Integrate digital technologies to enhance student learning.
  • Uphold MGGS's Child Safety policies and practices at all times.

About You:

  • Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or can gain VIT registration. Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum requirements and best practice teaching strategies
  • Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic about introducing innovative, student-centred teaching methods that inspire and engage
  • Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes
