In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate engaging staff events that bring our team together.
- Leverage your background in Training and Assessment to support professional development.
- Deliver impactful wellness and mindset programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
- We're looking for someone who:
- Is proactive, adaptable, and full of fresh ideas.
- Enjoys creating memorable experiences for staff.
- Has a proven track record in employee wellness and mindset training.

What we're looking for
- 1-2 years' experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Hands on experience, no one us is above any of us, go getter attitude
- Hospitality Clubs experience preferred, but not essential
