  • Coordinate engaging staff events that bring our team together.
  • Leverage your background in Training and Assessment to support professional development.
  • Deliver impactful wellness and mindset programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • We're looking for someone who:
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and full of fresh ideas.
  • Enjoys creating memorable experiences for staff.
  • Has a proven track record in employee wellness and mindset training.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Hands on experience, no one us is above any of us, go getter attitude
  • Hospitality Clubs experience preferred, but not essential
