Join Our Team as a Purchasing & Production Coordinator – Toowoomba, QLD

We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing & Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced promotional products team. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for converting approved quotes into jobs, placing and tracking orders with suppliers, ensuring accurate artwork approvals, and maintaining production schedules.

You'll work closely with our quoting and sales teams to ensure smooth operations from order placement through to delivery. The role also includes sourcing samples, managing supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence when negotiating with suppliers. If you enjoy keeping systems organised, problem-solving, and staying on top of moving parts, this is the role for you.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and the ability to navigate supplier portals comfortably is a must.
